1) Inside Sales: Hourly Salary Plus Progressive and Uncapped Commissions
About the Job: The Health Plan Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the seasoned Executive Management team and affiliated Third Party Carriers to determine strategies to achieve high close ratios and sales results within the given territories.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities Include:
Sale of our carrier's diverse Life, Health, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, and other supplemental individual insurance products to consumers and businesses in multiple states.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers exclusively by phone.
Effectively close sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Achieve a minimum number of targeted outbound telephone prospecting sales calls.
Follow-up on leads through phone calls and email correspondence.
Qualify opportunities by listening and understanding to customersı needs.
Provide customers with counseling and recommendations for life, health, dental, vision accident, critical illness and other supplemental plan coverage.
2) Worksite Sales:
About the Job: The Health Plan Worksite Sales Representative will work closely with the seasoned Executive Management team and affiliated Third Party Carriers to determine strategies to achieve high close ratios and sales results within the given territories. Acceleris Health offers the industryıs only progressive and uncapped variable compensation schedules, which rewards high volume sales output. Top sales performers can earn well over $100,000 per year. Candidates will benefit from our proven training program. This is a FULL TIME W-2 position that requires a significant amount of time off of company premises. Candidates should be self motivated, coachable and willing to put forth a consistent effort.
The ideal Worksite candidate will be responsible for the following:
Sale of our carrierıs diverse Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Supplemental insurance products to businesses and individuals in Ohio.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers by meeting them at their place of business and contacting them by phone.
Effectively close sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Achieve a minimum number of face to face appointments and prospecting sales calls.
Follow-up on leads through site visits, phone calls, and email correspondence.
Qualify opportunities by listening to and understanding customersı needs.
Provide customers with counseling and recommendations for health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental plan coverage.
3) Sales Fronter / Sales Warmer - Hourly With Uncapped Success Bonus
This is a perfect position for anyone who has thought about breaking into the growing insurance industry and enjoys customer contact but does not currently possess an active Ohio Health Insurance License. While assisting our sales staff to qualify customers, you can be preparing to get licensed. Candidates should have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to new people every day.
The ideal Sales Fronter candidate will be responsible for the following:
Following up on warm lead list to establish contact and qualify insurance candidates and businesses
Ask qualification questions and capture findings in our CRM system
Build trust, rapport, and answer general questions.
Live transfer of prospects to our licensed inside/outside sales representatives
Set qualified appointments for the outside sales representative
Generate outbound customer contact with businesses using our integrated phone and email system
The ideal candidate for all three positions should show the following attributes:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
2-4 years of proven Sales success.
Must have an Ohio Life, Accident and Health insurance license prior to starting. (not required for Sales Fronter / Sales Warmer)
Must be able and willing to work a flexible work schedule.
Keyboarding / typing skills with proficiency in the use of MS-Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Dependable transportation
College or equivalent business experience strongly preferred (not required for Sales Fronter / Sales Warmer)
